No special preparation is required to go through a data measurement. We will analyze your form based on the data you upload after running on a track or road at your convenience. You can wear the shoes you use for everyday training or fast workouts, which means you’ll get realistic results based on your typical running habits.
Measure form easily and accurately
By attaching five small, lightweight sensors to your feet, thighs and pelvis, the movements of your running form can be measured in detail through general metrics such as landing pattern, ground contact time, stride and vertical oscillation as well as via LEOMO’s proprietary metrics that measure the lateral movement of the pelvis, swing-back angle, thigh swing speed, transition from landing to pushing and maximal height of the foot after push off. We take all of those metrics into consideration when analyzing your running form and then provide feedback on how to improve your running motion.
